An accident a few years forced me to change the way I train. Out of my comfort zone, I
discovered things about my body and my mental strength that I could never have believed
possible. My team means everything to me and ensuring that each and every one of our
members feels welcomed, included and challenged in any group exercise class they
attend is my mission. The music that drives me is a mixture of pop, old skool R&B and Hip
Hop, but I have pretty eclectic taste so I do enjoy mixing it up now and again too!
