Hi! Would you like to tell us something about yourself? Who are you, what do you like, what defines you?
I’m Angela, I’m 42 years old, and I have been working in VAI’s People Team for 11 years, where I started with a simple internship and, as of today, I am the point of reference for the company’s recruiting activities. I love my job, I love my family, my wonderful children and my adorable big dog, Potter.
And at work? What would a colleague who knows you well say about you?
That I am a positive person, always willing to listen, collaborative and with a smile for everyone… Or at least, I try!
Dreams and plans for your future career?
To further elevate and add value to recruiting activities and to develop new strategies and tools that can optimize the recruitment processes for all colleagues. On a personal level, well, to become a true HR Business Partner.
The best thing about your job?
Being able to be the direct/indirect “link” through which people can change their working lives, and over the years being “thanked” for … “that first phone call in which…”
3 strengths and 3 weaknesses?
Strengths: versatile, collaborative and responsible.
Weaknesses: I am not very self-confident, very sensitive, not very good at delegating, not very “analytical” compared with an increasingly “data-driven” approach to the world of work…
